How to eradicate fear?

What is Fear?

Fear is a spontaneous response caused by a known or unknown threat that leads to a change in brain and organ function. It also transforms our behaviour. Fear can force us to suppress, to run away, or to a massive jump. It may derive from a dispute or from warding off a menace, or it may occur in the form of discovery. Fear brings a negative impact on our life. Although there were a lot of instances, that fear produces a significant result too. We should develop our qualities that fear brings to no adverse effect in our body or mind.

What is the effect of fear?

Fear destroys our physical and mental health. It prohibits to excel in life. Truly it is a vicious giant that badly affects people. It reduces our immune process and can lead to cardiovascular impairment, gastrointestinal complications such as ulcers and irritable bowel disorder, reduced fertility, speed up ageing, and even premature death. Fear can reduce the formation of long-term memories and create harm to various parts of the brain, such as the hippocampus. This can make it indeed further challenging to control fear and can leave an individual in stress most of the occasion. To someone in chronic fear, the world sounds scary, and their minds endorse that. Fear can interrupt processes in our brains that authorize us to monitor emotions, before acting. This affects our thinking and decision-making in negative ways, allowing us vulnerable to intense desires and impulsive reactions. These effects can leave us unable to move appropriately. So, people should be aware of the fear and eradicate fear to excel in life.

Face your Fear

“Reality is too big for our frail understanding to fully comprehend. Nevertheless, we must build our life on the theory, which contains the maximum truth. We cannot or do not sit still because we cannot, or do not know the absolute truth.” — Netaji

Netaji’s Key

In his prior life, Subhash Chandra used to see dreams of serpents, tigers, monkeys, exams of the university, dreams of imprisonment, which terrified him. But he had faced the fear and fought against those nightmares by yoga and using some other tricks. Like before sleeping at night, he imagined that many snakes were squeezing around him. Then he managed to recite in his mind, “I'm not scared of snakes, do not be frightened of death”. After exercising for a few days, the ordeal would vanish. To eradicate the fear of failure of the exam he managed to recite, ' I'm prepared for the exam, I'll pass the exam'. his fear becomes abolished. Netaji in his Indian Pilgrim wrote that to wipe out a nightmare at first you need to learn nature and deeply introspect on it. Then act on it.

Action Plan

We recognize that many of the students are afraid of Mathematics, English, etc. In this way, they lose interest in the subject or topic. And the test results are not as expected. What should they do in this case? Remember that the more you want to avoid the dread, the more the fear will overwhelm you. So, the initial thing to do is to face fear. For example, he couldn't handle it because of the worry of mathematics. Now let's deal with math. First, try to solve it. If failed then figure out with the help of a teacher or learn the subjects from YouTube. Make it a habit to do it daily. Before going for a fresh chapter, check the previous chapter.

Should College Athletes Be Compensated?

With the final BCS Bowl between Florida State and Auburn taking center stage, it is interesting to note that most of the players will be playing professionally shortly. This will be the last BCS Championship as college football prepares to enter the new age with next year's College Football Playoffs. This will not only feature the National Competitor who won the trophy at the stadium through a series of elimination games but- will also donate millions of dollars to the vast NCAA fund. There is little doubt that the NCAA is in the business of making money through college games and college players. To earn money in a competitive environment, a university or college needs talented, dedicated, experienced staff, and a head coach who knows how to win. Trees high! For the last four weeks in college basketball, CBS charged $ 700,000 for 30-second advertising space. The gross network for men and women for the last four games is estimated at $ 6 billion annually. Sports conferences receiv...
